I invite you to join me and Selma Lowther, boutique wine maker from Elan Vineyard, Balnarring for a relaxing cooking demonstration in the Rotunda. Sit and sip four wines selected by Selma to accompany a three course meal I will prepare using freshly picked earthly delights from Selma’s garden and vineyard.
 
The menu will be seasonal, fresh, flavoursome and of course be inspired by the recipes of my Sicilian Nonna Giuseppa.
